When are your next start dates for in person programs?

we have start dates beginning almost every week of the year!  We do have limited space in our programs, especially for students that require and qualify for student housing!  Contact us at anytime to get the details on all available start dates coming up!

When do your Online Programs start?

Our Online Programs can be started at anytime!  As soon as we invoice you and receive payment you will be given immediate access inside your online program!

Does my course come with a tool kit?

YES! Our in person programs all come with a tool kit.  depending on your program of choice the kit may include more tools than another.  ONLINE programs do NOT include a tool kit however you can upgrade to include a tool kit we can ship out to you.

Question 4

What do I need to bring to student housing?

Accepted Answer

For students that qualify for student housing you only need to bring your personal items, and food items.  The student house has a fully equipped kitchen, and we provide all the following, bedding, towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap, paper towel, parking, cleaning supplies, wifi.  This is NOT a hotel all student are required to clean up after themselves and keep common areas clean.

Is there any pre-requisites required to register for a program?

There are no pre-requisites required to register for a program, basic reading, writing, and age or 18 are required.  We can consider recent graduates at 17 on a case by case basis.

Do you qualify for student loans or RESP?

Accepted Answer

We do not qualify for student loans or RESP.  As a Private Vocational School we do not qualify for these options.  We do offer some payment plan options.  Contact us today to see what we have available.

Will my Certification be valid internationally?

YES! Your Certification both In Person and for Online programs are recognized Internationally.

I need a flexible school schedule is this possible?

YES! We can create custom school schedules are your individual needs!  Around current work schedules, family obligations etc.  Contact us today to discuss a custom program schedule that will work for you!

Can I book a Tour of the school?

YES!  We run tours everyday inside our classes where you can come chat with our head instructor and take a look around our facility, as well as see the current students at work.

Can I start a business following your programs?

YES! More than 50% of our graduates open their own businesses right out of school!  Our Online theory includes many business lectures for the basics to opening a grooming business.

How hard is it to find a job following your programs?

Accepted Answer

Over 90% of Prestige students have jobs BEFORE leaving our programs!  We cannot guarantee every student will pass our program as that is up to the individual student to meet all required elements to successfully pass the program, however it is very rare with our step by step stages systems of teaching for a student not to be successful following our programs!

Will I be working on real live dogs?

YES! All our In Person programs are HANDS ON real live dogs right from day one!  Our online programs include ad templates you can use to help get your first clients to practice on and turn them into real paying clients for the future!

How many students are in a class at a time?

Accepted Answer

We take on average between 4-8 students at a time.  We have 2 full time instructors and 3 part time instructors.  So there is lots of one on one attention available to all students in our In Person programs!

If I pre-register for my program and later need to change my start date is that possible?

Accepted Answer

YES!  we are very flexible in changing start dates when full payment has been received.  We will have to work around our current available dates , however we absolutely will be as flexible and accommodating as possible!

When is my full tuition payment due?

Accepted Answer

A $500-$1000 deposit is required to HOLD any registration spot.  Remaining tuition is due 30 days prior to your course start date.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Accepted Answer

For our In Person programs we accept Etransfer or EFT (direct bank wire transfer).  If you have etransfer limits you can etransfer in smaller amounts over a few days, we will update your invoice after every payment received.  We do not accept, check or bank drafts.  Our Online programs do have Credit Card and Online Debit Card Payment options available.
